We both came to our roles by facing our struggles head-on. Real estate did so much for us, and we love that we can do so much for others through it. Coming together as a team has been incredible. We’re perfectly balanced in our roles and bring our clients a better experience than ever before.
HEINER - I was a lucky kid growing up. I had everything I could want. Then, when I was 14, all that changed. My parents got separated, and my younger siblings, my mother, and I were all struggling. I had considered joining the navy or going to college after I graduated high school, but I had to step up now. My mom was working three different jobs, and I wanted so badly to help. I began working as soon as I could. When I began making money at my first job with Jack-in-the-Box and was able to hand that money to my mom and see what it meant to her, how much it could help the whole family, I knew I wanted to continue helping people.
I ended up working at Mercedes-Benz through sheer persistence. I was over there often, asking for work. They ended up hiring me on the spot. One day, I came in, and an employee had called in sick. They handed me a uniform, and I was in! I worked my way up to management positions and was able to pay my mom’s mortgage for her.
It was at this job that I met Gale Wade. She had a company car that she’d bring in regularly. She was always impressed by my work and wanted to meet me. After that, she recruited me, offering to pay for me to take real estate classes! She explained that the satisfaction I got from helping people was the reason I’d love to work as an agent. She was right.
Beyond that, real estate is how I met my wife, Natalia, and have created my own business. It’s one of the major ways we’re able to support this beautiful community. We look forward to the opportunity of bringing you into it!
NATALIA - I’ve always been driven to serve and nurture. As soon as I left high school, I recognized that I had a passion for nursing. I got the certification I needed and, for six years, I was steadfast in my role. It was hard work but rewarding.
During that time, I was lucky enough to give birth to my first son. I couldn’t have been happier about my new little bundle, but I was a single mother. I saw how thin we had to stretch financially, and I felt there must be a better way to provide for us—a way I could still serve and nurture but create a sturdier future for my child. That was when I made the switch to real estate.
Management has always been my forte, and I knew I wanted a role that would allow me to use my skills behind the scenes. At the same time, I appreciate the scale of a purchase like this. I understood what families were going through, and I loved that, through every transaction, I could do something to make this daunting journey easier for them.
My role also means working with a lot of other agents. I was able to help them as well. They have a lot on their shoulders, and I learned how I could help alleviate some of that pressure. Both sides let me serve and nurture two different groups of people. I had the same fulfillment I’d found in nursing.
When I first heard our office was being consolidated with another, I wondered what that might mean for the future. It turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. That’s how I met Heiner and how I’m now part of an amazing marriage and an amazing business team. We look forward to guiding you through your journey home.
Being a husband-wife team means we’re stronger together. We’re the perfect balance for each other. We cover a lot of ground. Our backgrounds have resulted in a strong work ethic that is evident in each job we take on.
We offer full transparency in every transaction, show clients all their options, and help them choose the one that’s best for them without placing undue pressure on them. We know this is intimidating, so we break down the process into manageable chunks.
We love this job because we get to problem-solve and meet great people along the way. We never cut corners. It’s all about finding a solution. Knowing we’re making a difference in the lives of the people we’re building relationships with is an incredible feeling.
We’re bringing people into our community. It’s one we’re always looking for ways to support, whether it be through playing music at church, feeding first responders, donating supplies to schools, or finding a home or buyer for our clients!
Sincerely,
Heiner Escobar Natalia Escobar
